Background
Gindi Holdings is a large real estate company with different projects across the country. In this project, the task was to create an initial concept and branding for their new luxury towers near the sea.
The Solution
As a designer at Shakedesign, I created several marketing concepts that were presented to the client, and the one below was chosen. In our marketing materials, we decided not to show fancy buildings, but the tranquility and beauty of the sea, with a subdued and elegant atmosphere. The project book included practical building models and plans, but also stories about the sea and even poems.

Creative concepts, client presentation, branding and marketing materials, initial web design, concepts and mockups for a project book packaging, preparation for print.
